Cape Town Tour

Pricing from: R 2650 pp - 2 people from Cape Town

Tour one of the most picturesque cities in the world. Cape Town is affectionately known as “The Mother City” and boasts the famous Table Mountain in the centre of the metropolitan city, and Robben Island located 9 km offshore. This tour focuses on the history and scenic beauty of Cape Town and is an ideal springboard for all travellers visiting the Cape for the first time.

There is no written history before 1488 on Cape Town. The first mention was by Bartholomeu Dias the famous Portuguese explorer but they merely passed by to East Africa. It was only in 1652 that the Dutch East India Company settled here. The Company Gardens in the city centre is where the first Dutch settlement was. They established the garden to supply fresh produce to passing ships of the Dutch East India Company (VOC). Book our Cape Town Tour for a day filled with interesting history and picturesque surroundings.
