Visit the West Coast National Park, with Postberg as the highlight. We pick you up at your guesthouse/hotel and travel via Darling or the R27 to the Westcoast National Park with Postberg as the highlight of the tour.
Postberg, a farm within the West Coast National Park, is one of the first farms in the Cape – it dates back to Jan Van Riebeeck’s time. Postberg is no more grazing farm for cattle – as from 1966 the land was stocked with game and was proclaimed as the third private nature reserve in the Cape. Thus a beautiful example of conservation in partnership with National Parks Board.
We spend most of the time in the park itself. Lunch will be at Geelbek Restaurant, also a national monument with excellent meals.
